  I am a local real estate agent who has referred Sam on multiple occasions to my clients for a second opinion when issues and questions have come up about the foundation of a home. Not only does he do measurements but he also meticulously studies the drainage and is able to determine the cause or even potential issues that need addressing to prevent future issues. His reports are beautiful. The reports are easy to read and multifaceted and he takes the time to really explain all the factors to be considered on the report. He takes the time to educate. I am very particular about who I refer in my business and I decide who I work with and refer based on integrity and happy clients.
