  I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company and Jivar Foty in particular. We used to be Rise Construction's subcontractor company. Despite the fact that he and his team acknowledged that the design and development work was done professionally, he refused to pay the final bill, which is big enough. Ignoring calls and messages - this is what he as a businessman finds reasonable to do. We had quite lasting business relationship but then he thought it would be a good idea to get us work for free.   Your Driver is going to get somebody killed one day. Tailgating running red lights and speeding. Y’all are just gonna ignore the other reviews about him that speaks volume about your business, wow. report abuse

  I was changing lanes this morning on 2920 to stop and get gas and a Rise Construction pick was flying behind me. He swung around me, laid on the horn and shot me the one finger salute. Considering he was way behind me when I changed lanes this was rude and unprofessional. I’ll Admit when I’m the wrong one, but this was not it. I see other comments on here about this aggression on the road. Maybe someone needs to take a look it?? report abuse

  My husband and I decided to do a large addition to the back of our home and ultimately gut the rest of the house to the studs and remodel the entire place completely. We worked with both Chris and Jamal and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. These guys ended up feeling more like family than our contractors by the end of our project. Top notch quality of work and ethics. Would absolutely recommend for large or small scale projects. Love these guys!! report abuse

  A company is only as good as the people that work for them. My experience with Rise Construction is they have proven to be a company that hires unqualified workers and subcontracts with companies that delivers substandard products. I paid Rise Construction over Forty-five thousand dollars to update my home with paint, replace 7 windows and laminate floors throughout, at the end of 2018 beginning of 2019 after Hurricane Harvey. When I did a walk through, immediately I questioned the floors which were sinking and skinned. I told Chris, whose response was they need to settle. The floors are defective; the windows are coming apart which allows bugs and flies to nest and birth, and the outside paint looks as if they used interior paint. To add insult to injure, this company has stopped returning calls and text, hoping I will go away, especially the construction manager, Chris Aja, Jamal, the company manager, and the office Assistant, Alexis. Chris has been promising to replace my floors since they installed them and now, he is ghosting me. The last time Chris texted me was November 29, 2021. My next step is The Better Business Bureau to report their business practices. I also plan to take further action against this company. Please do not do business with this company. They seem honest, but that is a facade!!! report abuse

  I worked with Chris and he was fantastic. Very professional and courteous, clearly knowledgeable and experienced - this guy knows his stuff. They always showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The finishing on everything was impeccable and it was exactly what I asked and hoped for. I definitely recommend them! report abuse

  We had a really great experience with Rise after our entire downstairs flooded from heavy rainfall. Everything was done well, and our home was absolutely beautiful! They did EVERYTHING... Replaced sheetrock, cabinets, countertops, shower, tub surround, texturing & painting, flooring, appliance installation, new mantle and fireplace and more. Highly recommend! report abuse

  Friendly staff but horrible service. Consistently had to follow up with them and never received estimates or responses. It's unfortunate but I guess they are busy enough to turn away customers. After 3 months, I got tired of trying to receive an estimate for remodeling my business. report abuse
