I wish zero stars from this neighbor. God help you if they are building a home on your street. They have been at it forever ( a year now?), work some days and not others, and when they do, they park no less than six, and today, eleven (!) trucks and cars in front of residents’ homes - and sometimes driveways. I have had to ask them to move more than once to access my driveway and have had to shoo have a dozen “workers” off my lawn and property where they were laying down and sunbathing during lunch break. I feel sorry for whoever buys the house; they should be prepared to be greeted with several neighbors telling them how bad their experiences were during construction. Right now, I just want them to FINISH and leave! And then change their name from Timeline to “NO Timeline LLC.”

I'm amazed. This is my first time dealing with Timeline Construction and they made my experience absolutely wonderful. They walked me through every step of the process from beginning to end and left me feeling great about my newly remodeled building. Not only was the customer support great but the actual work done was unbelievable. I would highly recommend using them in the future for any construction job. If they do even half of what they did for me, you'll love the work. 5/5 for construction 5/5 for customer support

Worst follow through I have ever experienced with a contractor. Interesting one of the reviews is from Austin Torrance that allegedly works for Timeline. I use the word allegedly, because he came to one of the residential job Timeline had been involved with and made many promises to follow through without following through. The cabinetry was installed by common laborers and not professional cabinet installers so the workmanship is 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. The shelving is still missing from 4 months ago. Austin said the shelving is being order, but now says, he will have someone out tomorrow last week. My experience or observations or not with one house but two for an investor that has brought these to my attention about. The owner, Romy Solanji, doesn't return text or phone calls and also makes promises he doesn't follow through on. Integrity and our word or two of the most important characteristics a person or company can have and they aren't here. Again, having an employee, putting a review in for your own company seems to be misleading as Timeline is. Buyer beware. A one star is too high. Since this post, Romy, has reached out to my investor to try to make things right. The only issue is that it took almost four months to reconnect.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, our management company arranged for them to come look at a leak we had in our bathroom. We had an initial appointment on a Friday between 12 and 2 but tech never showed up. When I called him to follow up and see why he didn't show, he told me that he attempted to call at 1 but because nobody answered he assumed the appointment had been canceled. He said he couldn't waste his time since we were out of his way. Way to make us feel like an appreciated customer!

I would give them 0 stars as well if i could. Total scam artists. They "tried" to buy my property, with a cash sale, "where-is, as-is.". Then as things unfolded, he did not actually have the cash but was arranging commercial financing through his company, Timeline Construction. The lender needed an appraisal, and when the house appraised, they used only the "lot value" of the appraisal and said that's all the financing they can get, so they adjusted the offer down 25% to lot value. It was the plan the entire time. Company owner Romy Solanji and realtor Charlie Kriegel of Winhill Advisers are complete scumbags. In fact, the only review that is not 1 star for these guys is posted buy the company owner - how pathetic is that?. Go to Yelp - see the reviews there - wow!. RUN from these guys, and don't touch anything they have worked on. This is what happens when there are no licensing requirements for contractors in TX.

We recently received a bid on selling a house to this company. They sent us a contract which we signed, but then after days of repeated requests from our realtor for Timeline to respond, their realtor came back and said that their "situation had changed" and they wouldn't be signing the contract. We were very disappointed that a company would bid on buying our house if they were unable to complete the sale.

I personally work in the commercial retail arena and often times get asked for retail referrals and the only one I will ever put my name behind is Timelime. This firm is a different level of professionalism and their portfolio speaks for itself. Their presence in the affluent Houston community is unparalleled and you cannot find another builder who puts as much attention to detail as Timeline.
