  I'm extremely pleased with the residential boundary survey work provided by the professionals at the South Texas Surveying. The survey crew (Jordon and his associate), Danielle and Shannon (Managers) went over and above their call of duty in providing professional work in record time. Their quote was very competitive, and it was such a pleasant experience in communicating with the above two young ladies and their responses were prompt.   Terrible Service, Unprofessional Behavior, and Delayed Deliverables I highly recommend avoiding this survey company at all costs. I requested a study on October 8, with an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 business days, and paid in full on October 9. However, they failed to meet any deadlines, refused to provide an estimated delivery date, and constantly ignored my emails and phone calls. Every time I reached out, they would simply say the report would be delivered "when it's ready," without offering any clarity on timing. After weeks of waiting, the study was finally delivered on October 23, but it was full of errors. These mistakes were clearly their responsibility, and when the city returned the report for correction, they continued to take an unreasonable amount of time to make minor changes—data corrections that should have been simple. What’s even worse is that I initially tried to handle the situation privately, understanding that businesses sometimes face issues or delays. I reached out to them several times by email, expressing my frustration and disappointment with the situation. Despite my efforts to resolve this amicably, they didn’t even take the time to respond to my emails. It’s clear they have no interest in customer communication or satisfaction. This is not a request for a favor when you hire a survey company. This is a business transaction, and in the construction industry, time is money. Imagine having to wait weeks and weeks, with no clear timeline or explanation, just to receive a simple study. The delay has cost me valuable time and has made the whole process incredibly frustrating. I also have to say, it feels like this company discriminates against their clients. The level of disregard for customer needs and the complete lack of professionalism shown by their team is beyond unacceptable. It is now November 5, and I still don’t have the final, corrected report. The customer service is atrocious. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with someone named Cori Reuss, who was not only rude and unprofessional but completely incapable of addressing any concerns or offering assistance. It’s clear that this company has no regard for customer satisfaction, nor do they seem to care about their mistakes. Overall, my experience with this company has been frustrating and disappointing. If you're looking for reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere. This company has shown nothing but incompetence, poor communication, and blatant disregard for customer needs.   Hire this company to do a survey. That said 2 to 3 weeks it took over 6, they sent me pdf be email never provide me a actual printed copy.10/01/2024 Call to ask for 1. lady at the phone said no. Company policy after 6 months the don’t provide it. I said the job I got the survey for has not been approved from the city I can sent her the info that no changes have been made. She said If I want a copy I need to paid them again to do another survey. It was impossible, they don’t care they just want your money, costumer service is HORRIBLE, RUN don’t do business with this kind of people. report abuse

  Horrible service. Disorganized company that just cares about charging money but then forgets to deliver quality and on time results. My experience with them has been terrible. I sent their survey to an Engineer to continue with my home design and the engineer said they were missing so many things that it was unbelievable. Why don’t they hatch surveys, don’t add electrical pole or manholes… etc Might be the worst surveying company in Houston. report abuse

  The worst experience ever, I paid them to do a survey for my land, and they never delivered my original survey. I have been chasing the office for three weeks, but they work as a team against you. Once they know your name or project number they will never get you connected to the individual who handles your account. I offer to pay for shipping fees using my Fedex account, but they refused to do deliver to me that way. Very disappointed with the services and can’t go forward with my site plan without original survey. report abuse
