  We were very happy with our experience with Tetra Surveys! After going through a different company and having so many problems, these guys came to the rescue. They were very quick in getting our survey done and getting us all of the paperwork & even took the extra time to word the document the way the subcontractor needed.   his company did an appraisal for a listing of mine in Rice Miliitary (Houston) and used completely dissimilar properties and didn't take into consideration several key factors resulting in an appraisal $15k BELOW the agreed upon sales price (which was already low for the property). DON'T use this company for an appraisal if you want an accurate appraisal. report abuse

  They dont take the time to actually understand the houses the are appraising. They compared my house built in 2017 with houses built in the 1970s a half mile away. They did not bother to check the home builders site for accurate information. report abuse

  Good God who lied about the other 5 star reviews? This place is literally the worst! I have seen three lawsuits directly related to this survey company. They are horrible! Please for your own good, RUN from this place. report abuse

  Appraisal practices are extremely questionable and biased, at best. Did not even bother to use recent posted comps that were adjacent and similar to the property. That should be standard practice. report abuse
