  “We called about a blocked AC drain line this morning, and thankfully they were able to get someone out to us pretty quickly – they arrived around noon. It only took them about an hour to clear the blockage, which was fantastic, especially given how hot it was and how much we needed the AC working. Seriously, that was a huge relief for the team. However, the bill was quite a shock. We ended up paying $325, with a $125 service call fee and $175 for the cleaning itself, plus tax. It’s the most expensive drain line cleanup I’ve ever had, so I’d definitely factor that into future decisions.” report abuse

  “I was really struggling with my AC today – it was blowing hot air during this crazy heatwave. Luckily, another company was completely booked, but they recommended AirToday, and I’m so glad they did! From the very first phone call, the woman was incredibly helpful and managed to get someone out to my house the same day. The technician was fantastic – really professional, clearly knew his stuff, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand.   “I rarely give five-star reviews, but honestly, this company deserves them! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They responded to my call immediately and a young, incredibly professional technician came out to diagnose the problem with our 38-year-old unit. He clearly explained the issue and offered us several solutions, and we ultimately decided to go with a new unit. He even handled the entire estimate and paperwork. They’re scheduled to install it in two days – they’re waiting on equipment – and they’ve already kept us updated with a text message letting us know they were on their way. Everyone was so hardworking, professional, and polite, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. We are absolutely thrilled with the service and so glad we chose them!” report abuse

  “Overall, the technician did a solid job today, quickly identifying a loose connection that was causing the heat pump to fluctuate. It was a pretty simple fix, though I was frustrated to be hit with both the Saturday emergency rate and an additional repair fee for it. When I jokingly asked about duct tape, he insisted it just needed to snap back into place and didn't need a repair. To be honest, it seemed like a basic issue that shouldn’t have required such a significant charge – nearly $400 for what felt like a potential installation problem.
