“We were really disappointed with the final result of our shop build, which finished up near the end of 2020. Almost immediately after completion, we noticed the protective covering was peeling off, revealing a red brick look that we hadn’t anticipated. We were promised a follow-up in early 2021, but we never heard back. I tried reaching out in March and May of 2021, with no response at all. Frankly, it’s been a frustrating and upsetting experience. We feel like we were misled about the work and the cost involved, and it's incredibly frustrating that the brick finish has now peeled off to a color we didn’t want.”
