  “I’m really disappointed with this. I have a 20-year-old sprinkler system and, unfortunately, several covers came loose during the recent re-roofing. Things were okay until the installers re-installed the covers, but they’ve been falling off – clearly installed incorrectly. I’ve been trying to get them to return and fix the problem.” report abuse
