I had a really frustrating experience trying to get an estimate for blown-in insulation for my garage. I explained the project – a 26’ x 34’ garage already sheetrocked with ventilation baffles – and they immediately quoted me $59.95 just for a visit. When I said I wasn’t willing to pay for a consultation before getting an actual price for the work, the representative just hung up on me. Honestly, the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend going with this company.

“The contractor did a fantastic job resolving the heat loss problem around my rim joist. He was really knowledgeable about the product and completed the work quickly and at a fair price.”
-
“They did a really thorough job spraying down our house and were really efficient and professional while they were doing it.”
-
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with Dan. He came by to discuss the job, but never provided a quote and then didn’t even bother to respond to my call.

This was an absolutely appalling experience. There were serious hygiene issues – cockroaches in my room and something was clearly wrong with the food I was served. To top it off, I was subjected to incredibly disrespectful and aggressive behavior from the wife, who pulled at my hair. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly wouldn’t engage with their company under any circumstances.

“He refused to insulate my dog house.”

This was really well done and the price was very fair.
