  “I just wanted to say what an amazing job Kyle and Superior Mechanical did installing our new air conditioning system. From the start, Kyle was fantastic – so professional and clearly really cared about getting the job done right and making sure our new home was perfect. He was incredibly attentive, especially considering the house was still under construction, and he even took the initiative to clean up any dust he tracked in. The installation itself was quick and seamless, but what really impressed me was how neat he made the mechanical room; he took the time to hide all the tubing so it wasn't a cluttered mess. And it wasn’t just the installation. Kyle patiently walked us through how to use the thermostat, explaining everything clearly and making sure we felt comfortable before he left. Honestly, the whole experience was stress-free and exactly what we hoped for. Kyle truly represents the best in customer service, and I wholeheartedly recommend Superior Mechanical – especially Kyle – to anyone needing HVAC work.   I strongly advise against hiring this company. We’ve received numerous reports of wildly inflated estimates followed by bills that are twice the original amount, with questionable and ultimately invalid charges. Worse still, they’ve been known to aggressively threaten legal action to intimidate customers into paying these inflated bills. There’s a significant pattern of lawsuits filed against their clients, and we urge you to proceed with extreme caution – you definitely don’t want to be on the receiving end of that. report abuse
