  “Joe did a great job installing the ceiling fans – he’s really reliable and always gets the job done correctly. Unfortunately, one of the fans was faulty, and I discovered that after he’d already left. He was fantastic about it though, coming back to install the replacement, even though I know it must have been a bit inconvenient for him.” report abuse
