  Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the work Arizona Rainfall did for us. The whole project – a completely new landscape, pool, pergola, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen – was finished in just two months, and it exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, it was incredibly well-managed. Randy, our project manager, has years of experience in the pool and landscaping business, and it really showed. His 3D design was detailed, and his proposal was crystal clear, breaking down the costs and scope perfectly. It was far more competitive than quotes we got from some of the bigger companies. The crew was fantastic – they kept everything on schedule, protecting our patio furniture throughout the entire process. They’d cover it up every night and have it ready for us the next morning. Communication was phenomenal; we were updated daily on the progress. I want to give a special shout-out to Tracy for laying out the plan, Roy for overseeing the construction, Olivas and his landscape team – they did an absolutely masterful job with the landscaping – and the tile masons, who were meticulous. The pergola builders were amazing, erecting the whole thing in half a day, and the fencing contractor was top-notch. Nate did a beautiful job with the turf, and Sonoran Sparkle expertly set up the pool and showed us how to use the Pentair app. But what truly impressed us was the attention to detail. When the landscaping was complete, Olivas’s crew even cleaned *everything* – our patio furniture, windows, the street, the sidewalk, even our shared side yard! And Juan, the final detailer, went above and beyond, carefully replacing any rocks that had been moved and scrubbing our sidewalk and pool coping. We loved the fact that we only paid when the job was 100% complete, and we were so confident in their work that we knew we were getting excellent value. We made several changes to our landscape design, and they accommodated everything seamlessly. Their crews were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional – and they were truly in-house, which made a huge difference. They consistently showed up on time and meticulously cleaned up the yard every single day. Honestly, we’d use Arizona Rainfall again in a heartbeat. They really listened to our budget and worked seamlessly with our home’s design to create an incredible outdoor area. The kids are obsessed with all the water features, and we’ve already made so many memories around the custom fire pit. Gary even went above and beyond by recreating a water feature he saw online – it’s fantastic!
