  Honestly, this website was a complete waste of time. It offered absolutely no helpful information – no equipment listings, no prices, and nothing to give you an idea of costs. It’s just a phone number. Compared to other rental companies, this one provides nothing to help you budget or figure out what you’ll need to spend. It’s just pointless. report abuse

  Overall, Pike Rentals on Henderson Highway does a great job – the staff are really friendly and respectful, and the place looks good. However, they could really benefit from expanding a little further back to accommodate more rental equipment. It would also be fantastic if they added a designated parking spot for disabled people, and made sure the handicap placard was clearly visible. report abuse

I drove 34 miles to get a quick overview of using a skid steer, and when I went to rent it, the employee immediately had a negative attitude. After a long wait, I went to pay, and they refused my debit card – even though it functions as a cash card. He seemed completely unwilling to accommodate me, and essentially dismissed my business.
