  “I was really pleased with the service I received from Garrett Plumbing this morning. Mr. Tim arrived promptly at 8:30 after I called about a suspected water leak, and he was incredibly patient and reassuring as I was understandably worried about the cost. He quickly and expertly located and fixed the leak, plus repaired an outside spicket, and he was finished by 9:30. The price was fair, and I’d definitely recommend Garrett Plumbing – Mr. Tim was fantastic!” report abuse

  “I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough! I contacted them early Monday morning with my issue, and Mr. Garrett was incredibly responsive. He quickly assessed the situation, even requesting photos to confirm, and we agreed on a full replacement for the safety of our home. What really impressed me was how quickly he was able to get the supplies and complete the installation – same day! He was also incredibly efficient and left my garage spotless.   “I was so relieved when they came out to deal with the major blockage in our sewer line. They worked incredibly hard to fix it, and thankfully, it turned out to be a complete success. They even responded so quickly when we had to call them back a few hours later – professionalism like that is just fantastic.   “I was really disappointed with this plumber. I called to inquire about getting a licensed inspection done, and he had no idea what that was. He then asked me to fax him a copy, which was completely bizarre. Most frustratingly, he never followed up – I haven't heard back from him at all. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience with plumbers in the Vilonia area; a complete lack of communication and professionalism.” report abuse

  “My mom was really frustrated – I tried calling Friday night and again Saturday morning, but no one ever got back to me. Finally, they called back around 9:30 Saturday, promising someone would be out soon, but six hours went by and still no one showed. She followed up with Ace Rooter & King Pumping, and they were fantastic, arriving within 45 minutes and doing a great job.” report abuse
