  “I was really frustrated with this company. I got an initial estimate for my roof and garage, and things were looking good until shortly before the deadline for getting my roof done before needing solar panels by the end of the year. Then, they suddenly said they’d made a mistake and couldn't stick to the original price – it felt like a bait-and-switch. They didn’t seem to take responsibility for their error, and they were incredibly difficult to reach, even changing phone numbers to avoid me.   I was really pleased with the service I received from TQR, especially after Gage came out to look at the leak in my ceiling. They’d done my roof about seven years ago, and when I called about the problem, Gage was fantastic. He immediately came out and did a really thorough inspection, and thankfully, it wasn’t a roofing issue at all – it was something completely different. He took the time to explain everything to me so clearly and answered all my questions patiently. He even offered helpful suggestions and was happy to assist with anything I needed. Gage was just a genuinely kind and courteous person, and it’s exactly the kind of service you hope for but don’t always find.   “We’ve been so impressed with TQRR – they’ve really come through for us time and again! We first used them ten years ago when we were building a house in a new development, and sadly, like many of the other roofs, ours needed replacing. Gage and his team were fantastic; they came out multiple times to talk with my husband and me, and they completely replaced our roof, along with the roofs of almost all our neighbors. Gage and his crew were incredibly respectful of our property, super professional, and very thorough in their work. We’ve had a few smaller issues with wind and storms since then, and each time Gage responded so quickly and took care of the problem. Dino was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, from scheduling to the final cleanup. I highly recommend them and definitely plan to use their services again in the future.   “Top Quality Roofing truly exceeded our expectations – it was a fantastic experience for our whole family. From the very start, dealing with our insurance company was a huge headache, but they worked so closely with our carrier to get everything sorted out. They really took the stress out of a complicated process. The material delivery was incredibly efficient; they arrived right on time and got everything staged perfectly. As someone who appreciates logistics, I was really impressed with how smoothly they handled it. Then, on installation day, their team was fantastic. They were incredibly professional and organized, and the whole process felt really well-coordinated. And after the job was done, they went above and beyond cleaning up the site – they even used magnets to make sure every last nail was removed! But the best part was receiving that comprehensive warranty a couple of weeks later. Because they source their own materials and don’t share them between jobs, they were able to offer us this incredible warranty – something I hadn’t received from any of my other friends who had their roofs replaced.
