  I went to CCL HomeScape looking to replace my kitchen, but I had a really frustrating experience. The initial girl at the front desk was polite, but then she just went back to what she was doing. I spent about 20 minutes wandering around, trying to find someone to help me, even going near the desks where two people were working. No one even acknowledged me. I waited another 10 minutes, and the people at the back seemed to be just chatting amongst themselves. It became clear they weren’t interested in assisting customers, so I ended up leaving. It was a really odd experience, especially since I was the only person there. report abuse
