“We were really disappointed with our recent Acorn House purchase from 1987. We’d heard concerns about the construction quality, and unfortunately, it seems the house was built with substandard materials. When we tried to get the original plans to address these issues, we were met with incredibly high prices and a very defensive response – they essentially told us to just walk away. This was compounded by a frustrating lack of support and poor customer service, especially considering our previous experience with Acorn’s work which we found to be lacking.”
