  “I wanted to share a really important warning about Prime Painting – specifically, about someone using that name. I’d like to be clear: I never worked for them, and I’ve never been a painter. However, a customer contacted me to say they had a terrible experience. They hired Prime Painting, and after three months of constant delays and excuses, they were forced to let them go, losing their entire deposit. To add to the issue, they said the painter even spelled their name wrong. Honestly, this whole situation is a huge red flag, and I strongly advise everyone to proceed with extreme caution if considering using this company.” report abuse

  “Looking back, I really regret trusting that real estate agent’s recommendation for a painter. I should have gotten a few different quotes before hiring Mr. Deacon from Prime Painting. He presented a contract for $13,200 to paint our interior, with a six-week completion date starting December 29, 2017. Unfortunately, it ended up taking him fourteen weeks and $25,000 to finish just four rooms, plus the hallway and bathroom. He charged $55 an hour, but he’d often start work later in the day and only work until 3:30 or 4 pm. I tracked his hours, and it turned out he was actually billing us $70-75 an hour. I’d strongly advise anyone considering Prime Painting to be aware that the project will take twice as long and that you’ll likely be overcharged – it was a really frustrating experience for us.” report abuse
