Courtney and her team did an absolutely fantastic job installing my commercial fence. They were so responsive and kept me updated throughout the whole process, and everything was completed on time and at a really competitive price. I highly recommend them!

I’m really disappointed with the handling of this fence installation. We had it installed in October, and despite Mike L. coming out to assess the issue with the property line in the spring, recommending a survey, and the survey being completed in July, the problem hasn’t been resolved. I contacted Hastie after the survey and received a dismissive response from Mike Salina, who promised to investigate but hasn't followed up at all. I’ve called multiple times since then, and it’s been a month of silence. It feels like Hastie isn’t valuing my business, especially considering their slogan about treating every customer as their only one. I just need Hastie or Mike Saliba to take action and correct the fence to match the original contract specifications – that’s all I’m asking for.

I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with Hastie Fence. I recently had a new fence installed and the whole process was a huge disappointment. I paid a significant deposit and was promised it would be up in four weeks, but it took six! I constantly called trying to get an update and was just met with the runaround – they kept delaying the installation, even telling me it was because a larger commercial client took priority. To add to the problem, after they finally put up the fence, they informed me the gates were backordered. I’m now stuck with a new fence and chicken wire, and still haven't received any answers about when I'll actually get the gates. It’s been weeks of getting nowhere, and frankly, I won't be using their services again. However, I really want to commend the installers themselves – they did an absolutely fantastic job and deserve to start their own business!

After receiving a quote and paying a deposit, they abruptly cancelled the job just before it was supposed to begin, claiming a mistake in the original quote. It was a complete waste of my time and frankly, their communication was incredibly rude. I would strongly advise against using their services.”

This was a truly terrible experience from start to finish. The crew didn’t even bother checking the Dig Safe line before damaging my house’s electrical wires, which completely knocked out the power. They then tried to blame it on old wiring, but thankfully the electric company confirmed it was a shovel cut. This was just one of many issues we encountered – a completely unprofessional and frustrating situation. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, and I strongly suggest exploring other fence contractors.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the work completed on our fence. We hired them to install an open slat fence to create a barrier between our condo deck and a neighbor’s smoking area, along with providing increased privacy. We made a deposit, but the finished product was unacceptable – they left a significant open hole and an open slat as you can see in the photos. We refused to pay the remaining balance until they addressed these issues, and unfortunately, they ignored our complaint and threatened legal action. We’re now taking matters into our own hands to resolve the problem.
