  “I had a softener installed by Master Plumbing last year, and when I noticed it wasn’t working properly due to hard water, I contacted them. They took down my information and said someone would be out to take a look within a week. However, almost two months have passed and I still haven’t heard anything.   I was really disappointed with Master Plumbing. It took an incredibly long time to get in touch with someone to get an estimate for some work in my bathroom. They initially said they’d email me an estimate within a week, but it’s now been two or three weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve called twice and been told someone would follow up, but I’ve never received a call back or the estimate. I won’t be using their services again, and I definitely won’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  “It’s really important to be honest about your business hours and services. Don’t advertise 24/7 availability if you genuinely can’t provide support around the clock, and avoid claiming emergency services if you don’t actually have that capability – that’s misleading to customers.” report abuse
