I was really disappointed with the way Fehn handled this situation. While driving on Highway 101, a rock came loose from a dumptruck they were operating and smashed my windshield. Thankfully, two people saw it happen, and we took pictures of the truck and the damage. However, when we contacted Fehn, they weren’t at all sympathetic or helpful – they actually denied it was their truck. It’s frustrating because this kind of thing happens occasionally with our company, and we always manage to resolve it fairly. Honestly, the lack of understanding and cooperation from Fehn was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t trust them with an excavation job myself.
