  “I’m really disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Omann regarding the street repaving in front of my house. While I understand that occasional issues can arise during construction, the lack of communication and follow-through is concerning. They had a problem with their equipment causing an oil line failure, but they didn’t even bother to clean up the oil spill from the damage. It’s now October 3rd and I still haven’t received any concrete information about when the work will be finished, which was originally scheduled for September. I’ve also been unable to get any details about the specific sections they’re working on. Adding to this, I was abruptly hung up on by the receptionist, and they’ve been completely unresponsive to my requests for updates. It feels like they’re not taking responsibility for the mess they’ve created, and I’m extremely frustrated with the poor service and lack of communication.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s handling of my driveway project. From the very beginning, communication was shockingly poor. They didn’t show me any drawings of the design before installation, and a completely unnecessary and unusable section was added to the side of the driveway without a single conversation with me. The representative I spoke with offered no explanation for this change and was incredibly difficult to reach, with a painfully slow response time. Worse still, they refused to acknowledge any issues or take responsibility for the problems. Now they’re threatening legal action – I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to be extremely cautious and read their contract very carefully. report abuse

  “I had a really frightening experience recently while driving near the construction in Albertville. T-40 almost caused a serious accident – I narrowly avoided driving off the road and endangering my baby. Seeing cones ahead, I signaled and checked my mirrors, but a truck pulled up right in front of me just as I was merging, forcing me to slam on my brakes. This has been happening repeatedly in this area with the ongoing construction, and I’ve tried to be understanding, but this was far too close and incredibly disrespectful to other drivers. It’s frustrating because basic traffic courtesy – yielding to vehicles merging – seems to be completely disregarded.” report abuse

  “I was really shaken up this morning when a dump truck driver put my husband’s Jeep in the ditch. It was incredibly careless – she wasn’t paying attention while driving. Thankfully, the Jeep didn’t roll over, but the whole situation felt really unprofessional. To add to it, she just smiled and waved when we got out, and immediately started asking for company details. Honestly, that’s not the kind of service I expect, and I definitely won’t be doing business with them.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. Brad, an employee at the time, was incredibly rude – he both flipped me off and told me to move out of the way while he was blocking the street. When I asked him why, he continued to be disrespectful and ultimately assaulted me. I was deeply disturbed by his behavior and, frankly, by the lack of concern from the company. report abuse
