  I was really frustrated with my experience with Home Security Systems. There seemed to be a lack of communication and coordination between the staff, which led to a major problem for me. When I contacted them to cancel my service, the employee I spoke with assured me there would be no cancellation fee. Following his instructions, I switched providers, but I then received a bill for the following month. When I contacted the office to sort it out, they couldn't find any record of my cancellation and insisted I pay the full remaining contract amount – a contract that automatically renews for two years. I tried to explain the situation, but it became clear that the staff weren’t properly informed about the contracts, and that’s why I ended up in this difficult position. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Home Security Systems due to this lack of knowledge and communication. report abuse

  “We’ve been contacted regarding a claim made by a Mr. Kurt Warner. We want to clarify that we never provided any monitoring services to a Kurt Warner, and there’s no record of a lawsuit against him. Our records, and New Mexico court documents, show we’ve never had a client named Kurt Warner, either in Albuquerque or throughout the state. Frankly, we’re a little confused as to who this Kurt Warner is and we encourage anyone to verify this information directly with the court.” report abuse
