  “I can honestly say this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve lived in Albuquerque for years. They completely overcharged me for services that weren't completed, and then they actually lied about it. To make matters worse, they wouldn’t even provide a proper proposal for the work they *weren’t* doing, and they threatened legal action simply for asking questions. Getting a response from them was nearly impossible. I was incredibly disappointed and frankly, shocked by their behavior – I absolutely won’t be using their services again.” report abuse

  “I wanted to express some concern about a situation I witnessed. I saw two trucks parked in the emergency parking spots for over an hour. It’s really important that those spaces are kept clear for emergencies – when emergency vehicles need to get through quickly, every second counts.
