  Honestly, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve lived in Albuquerque for years – which is a pretty high bar! They completely overcharged me for work that wasn’t completed, and then they lied about it. Worse yet, they refused to even provide a basic proposal for the remaining work and immediately threatened legal action just for asking questions. Getting a simple phone call back was nearly impossible. I was absolutely shocked by the level of incompetence and I can confidently say I will never use their services again – not even if the building was on fire. report abuse

  “I wanted to express some concern about a recent situation. I observed two of your trucks parked in the emergency parking spots for over an hour. It’s really important that emergency vehicles have clear access, and when time is critical like that, it’s frustrating to see those spaces occupied.
