“We’re incredibly disappointed with our experience with Andy’s Painting. Unfortunately, our house is still not fully painted, and the pictures show the issues we encountered. Paying $5,000 for this job was a huge mistake. From the start, the estimate was unclear, leading to them using the wrong materials and giving us poor instructions for the first two days. The repairs they made—specifically the nail holes—were done badly, with large patches of joint compound that weren't sanded, leaving noticeable bumps. They also used the wrong paint colors twice, requiring us to repaint, and they even damaged our new hardwood floors and carpets by removing them before finishing. The lead painter left mid-project, and the final touches were rushed and incomplete. Despite numerous follow-ups and a walkthrough, they continued to make mistakes and offered little accountability. It’s clear they didn’t take our concerns seriously, and we’ve ended up having to hire another contractor to fix their mess. We just wanted a beautiful, freshly painted home, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful.”

Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Andy’s Painting. They did a fantastic job painting our entire outdoor trim, porches, and garage door, really bringing our territorial-style home’s details to life. What impressed us most was their attention to detail – they were meticulous about keeping the white paint where it should be and were extremely careful not to damage our stucco. Seth, our estimator, was also fantastic, keeping us fully informed throughout the entire process and ensuring a smooth experience. We’ll definitely be using Andy’s Painting again in the future.

Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the painting project. The crew did an outstanding job, particularly with the detail work – the finish on the doors and cabinets was fantastic thanks to them working off-site. Cody, our foreman, was fantastic to work with; he was always communicative, sending regular updates and ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. He was incredibly attentive to detail and went above and beyond to address any small issues we brought to his attention. They were also very professional and left the house spotless after each day’s work.

“Andy’s Painting did a fantastic job! The whole process was really smooth, from getting the initial estimate to having them complete the painting on my house. They were incredibly thorough about protecting my property, and I was really impressed with how quickly they finished the job – just three days! The results are fantastic.”

Andy’s Painting did a fantastic job painting our pergola! We hired them to change the color from white to a beige that matched our house, and they really went above and beyond. They were punctual for the estimate and the work itself. They were incredibly careful, taking the time to protect everything – our patio pavers, furniture, and even the concrete – from getting paint on them. We specified the exact shade of beige we wanted, and the result is absolutely perfect. We’re so happy with the new color and would definitely recommend them and use their services again!

“I unfortunately had to cancel Andy’s painting service after a really disappointing experience. The job was initially scheduled for Monday but got pushed to Friday, and even then, he arrived late. From the very beginning, I was concerned about the lack of proper protection for my floors – he barely covered them at all, just moving a small dropcloth around as he worked. Worse, he managed to get paint on the floor in the first room, and frankly, the quality of the work itself was subpar. He didn't properly prepare the surfaces, leaving paint showing through and damage to the carpet. Considering this, I had absolutely no confidence that he could complete the remaining rooms without causing further damage. I’ve attached photos to illustrate the state of the room when he left, and I’m now pursuing a refund for my deposit to cover the cost of professional carpet cleaning and potentially replacement. Based on this experience, and after reading similar reviews, I strongly advise against using Andy’s painting.”

Overall, our experience with Andy’s Painting was really disappointing. We hired them hoping to avoid the hassle of taping off everything ourselves, and unfortunately, the quality of their work was far below what we expected. There was a significant amount of paint tracked onto the carpets and even on our tile and cabinets – they missed taping around fixtures and left paint directly on the HVAC filters, completely stopping airflow. It felt like they barely put in the effort, with some areas only receiving one coat of paint. What was most frustrating was their response when I pointed out the mess. They essentially suggested we clean up the paint ourselves, as if it were our responsibility after they’d done a poor job. Now we’re stuck having to clean our carpets and tile again, and it just felt like they didn't take any pride in their work. Thankfully, they left the paint behind, allowing us to attempt some touch-ups ourselves, but it was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience.
