  “I was really pleased with Affordable Solar – I was referred by a family member and they were fantastic from start to finish. Neil was incredibly helpful, calling me back within a couple of days to schedule a consultation and he really walked me through all the different system options and the associated costs in a clear and thorough way. Jeri was a great project manager, always keeping me updated and responsive throughout the entire process. The installation team was also fantastic – they arrived on time and even finished the job ahead of schedule.   Overall, we’re incredibly happy with our Affordable Solar system. The whole process, from the initial contract to the final installation, was really well handled. They took care of everything – coordinating with the city and PNM – and we were especially impressed with their responsiveness. We did have a small adjustment needed, but a technician quickly came out and took care of it, which was fantastic. It was a little tricky for me to manage at 81, but they were so understanding. They also went above and beyond by preparing all the paperwork we needed for our energy tax credits, making filing our 2023 taxes with Turbo Tax a breeze. report abuse

  Todd Ganshaw had a fantastic experience with Affordable Solar. They really went above and beyond to get his system up and running. James, the service manager, was incredibly helpful, quickly assessing the situation and arranging for a technician.   “Affordable Solar was absolutely fantastic – from the initial marketing and sales process all the way through the installation and even the follow-up. We’ve had our original system in place for eight years, and it’s been absolutely perfect. More recently, we had a small addition of four panels and an electrical panel upgrade, plus a 240V plug for our EV installed, and they did an incredible job with a real focus on detail.
