  Overall, the service was really efficient – they quickly set up the new wiring for my utilities, even though they were already busy. The only slight hiccup was that I wasn’t informed I’d need to be present for the disconnection of the old lines. However, David was fantastic and managed to complete the work while I was still at work.   I was really disappointed with this service. It felt like a rushed job – there was no discussion about the best way to address the issue, and the problem persisted after the initial work. While I appreciated the electrician returning quickly, he ultimately diagnosed the root cause and offered to fix it himself at my expense. What really bothered me was the lack of communication; there was no breakdown of parts and labor costs discussed, and the house call fee wasn't even mentioned initially.
