  Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with Clear Point Construction. We hired them to completely repair the exterior of our home after a severe storm, and they handled everything flawlessly. They replaced our entire roof, all of our vinyl siding, the double and single garage doors, four window units, our gutters and downspouts, and even did some work on the fascia. What really stood out was how professional and attentive they were throughout the entire process. Jamie Knapp and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous, and they worked closely with both our insurance adjuster and our claims point person. The crews were incredibly hardworking and meticulous, and they were always one step ahead – materials arrived just as they needed them, and they promptly removed everything once the job was done. We were kept fully informed every step of the way, and they consistently checked in to ensure we were happy. Any minor issues were addressed immediately and with a really friendly attitude. Honestly, our house looks fantastic! We wholeheartedly recommend Clear Point Construction – Jamie Knapp and his team are truly reliable, and we’ve even passed them on to two other families who have also been incredibly satisfied. report abuse

  “I just wanted to say that Brandt and this company were absolutely fantastic. We were dealing with a frustrating situation – our insurance company wasn’t cooperating with our roof replacement, but Brandt really stepped up and went the extra mile for us. He fought for us, communicated incredibly well, and the whole job was completed amazingly quickly – less than two days! Honestly, I felt so confident and well-taken care of throughout the entire process, and I wholeheartedly recommend Brandt and this company.   Honestly, my experience with this company was really frustrating. They were incredibly quick to provide a quote and accept the initial deposit, which was a good start. However, after that, communication completely stopped. I tried repeatedly to schedule the work, but I was just ignored. It took three months of being ignored before they finally called me and said they’d look into it – and of course, that never happened. To top it off, I received a notification that my bank had canceled the check because it hadn’t been cashed within 90 days. Overall, I felt completely strung along and believe the company was very unprofessional and didn’t respond to my needs at all. report abuse

  Chris Athey did a fantastic job handling our shingles and siding replacement.
