  I can’t recommend Alexandria Electric enough! We’ve been battling a frustrating electrical issue – a long extension cord running across our property for three years – and they finally sorted it out. Ted and Tommy were absolutely fantastic. They arrived promptly on Monday and Tuesday, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it within just 40 minutes. It’s incredible to finally be rid of that unsightly cord! They explained everything clearly and were both so polite and patient, taking the time to make sure we understood. Seriously, they were lifesavers!   “I’ve been really disappointed with the service I received. I contacted them a few months back about a backyard light that was staying on during the day, and while someone did eventually call to confirm my issue, I haven’t heard back since. A few weeks later, someone else called asking about the same light, and I explained the problem again. They said they’d look into it, but I’m still waiting. Honestly, it’s frustrating – a simple ‘we’re too busy’ or ‘we can’t help you’ would have been fine. It feels like they just left me hanging.” report abuse

  “We were absolutely blown away by the service we received from Alexandria Electric. Last night, a fire damaged our farm’s power pole and main fuse box, and unfortunately, the power company initially refused to fix it because the damage was ‘after’ the meter. Thankfully, Josh, the company owner, answered our 9pm call and immediately sent a crew out. He was incredibly helpful, and after discussing the situation, we decided to wait until the next morning to have the repairs done. The crew arrived at 7:30 am and, incredibly efficiently, got our power back on within an hour – they replaced the main panel, installed temporary cables, and everything. The guys were so friendly and professional. Josh even went above and beyond by offering to drop off a generator for our chickens late last night! We’ll definitely be using Alexandria Electric moving forward and have already asked Josh to provide a quote for some electrical upgrades for our farm. We can’t recommend them highly enough – truly fantastic service!” report abuse

  “I recently had a really nice meal with my family when a group of these folks joined us. I was a little worried at first about the potential for my kids to hear inappropriate language, but they were absolutely wonderful. Their manners and the way they were all interacting was fantastic – it was clear they were well-led and had a real sense of professionalism.   “I was really impressed with Alexandria Electric. Ellingsons initially said they could get someone out within twelve hours, but they were dealing with a huge meat delivery! Thankfully, Alexandria Electric stepped in, they quickly pulled an electrician from another project and got someone out to my place right away.
