  I’m absolutely thrilled with Aquarius! From the initial consultation with Todd to the fantastic installation and ongoing service, they’ve completely transformed our water. Jordan, in particular, was amazing – he took the time to explain everything so clearly and genuinely cares about keeping our system running perfectly. I’ve already booked my next service appointment and specifically requested him again. It’s honestly the best water we’ve ever had, and knowing we can even buy our salt and supplies directly from them is a huge bonus – their salt is clearly a step above the cheaper options.   “I wanted to share a really positive experience I had with Art from Kinetico. We were having a persistent drainage problem with our soft water tank, which was causing our pump to constantly run and even leading to rust in our faucets. Art came out to diagnose the issue and fixed it all on the same day – he’s a fantastic technician, incredibly knowledgeable, and really got everything working smoothly. I was even able to stock up on some new filters while I was at it. While the repair was a bit pricey considering the age of the system, overall it was a reasonable outcome after 15 years of use.
