  “I scheduled an appointment with this contractor to get an estimate, but unfortunately, they never showed up. I waited over an hour and after that, I tried contacting them via text and email, but I never received a response. Honestly, it was really frustrating – I’d been impressed by Miguel on the phone, but the complete lack of communication and no-show left me searching for a different contractor immediately.” report abuse
