  I was really disappointed with my experience scheduling an evaluation for my basement. I’d specifically let Erin know I couldn’t be available until 4:30 pm because of work, and she’d booked an appointment for me between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Then, the estimator called me on the same day at 3:00 pm to ask if he could come earlier since he was finished with his previous job. When I explained my original appointment time and that I could meet him at 4:30 pm, he insisted it would be too difficult to wait and asked to reschedule through Erin. Honestly, it felt incredibly disrespectful of their time and my work schedule. Because of this, I won’t be booking another appointment with Deska. report abuse
