They quickly assessed the water leak we had after the recent storm and, importantly, the person actually doing the inspection took the time to explain everything clearly. We were really impressed that Yos and his team didn’t try to push us towards a specific solution – they gave us an honest, straightforward assessment and helped us decide on the best course of action: a dig out, a French drain installation, and exterior waterproofing. The team was incredibly professional and kept the work area very clean over the three days they were here.   Yosvany and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job waterproofing the exterior of our basement. From the initial quote to the final completion, they were incredibly professional and reliable. They were always responsive, kept us fully informed about the progress, and really paid attention to detail. Unfortunately, some unexpected issues arose during the work, which pushed the project slightly over budget, but they handled everything with integrity and never compromised on the quality of the work – they stuck to our original agreement. While they weren’t the lowest-priced bid, I’d wholeheartedly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. report abuse
