Recently, I had a brand new 20-seer heat pump installed, and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of their workmanship. They went above and beyond, completely rebuilding the area where my old unit was – the carpentry work was exceptional! It was clear they weren’t cutting corners, and I appreciated every extra step they took. I got a great price too, and Micah, the owner, is a genuinely honest and dedicated guy who clearly cares about providing top-notch service.   “I’m really disappointed with my experience with this company. We purchased our new air conditioner in November of last year, and everything was fine until we returned home from a stay at another property in December. When we turned the AC on, it didn’t work. The technician diagnosed a wiring issue that was clearly a mistake during the initial installation. I was charged $134 for the service call, which felt incredibly unfair considering the cost of the unit itself – $16,900.
