  “Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with the experience. Using a well-known brand of water heater shouldn’t have been this difficult. While the installers, particularly Caleb, were pleasant, the customer service from Kerri was completely lacking – it felt like I was constantly having to chase them down for updates, and she seemed genuinely uninterested in resolving the issues. The biggest problem was the poor quality of the work itself. They didn’t replace any conduit, only removed it, and shockingly, they even removed the disconnect box despite it being visible outside. The wiring was handled terribly: wires were left exposed and uninsulated, and they simply capped them with no proper protection. It was a safety hazard! Adding to the frustration, they sent the wrong size drain pan and even damaged the original one. Frankly, the whole process felt rushed and careless, and I felt like I had to fight to get the basic repairs completed. I won’t be contacting Parker Plumbing again.” report abuse

  “I had a really positive experience with Parker’s Plumbing the first time I used their services – the young man was incredibly knowledgeable and my dog seemed to like him too! However, my recent experience was very disappointing. I called three weeks ago to schedule some additional work, and despite being told they were busy, I didn't hear back from them at all. I called again two weeks later to check on the status, and still received no update. It’s frustrating to be left in the dark like that, and it understandably dropped my rating from five stars to zero.   “Overall, this service seems geared towards customers who have a lot of flexibility in their schedules. My experience felt really impersonal – the woman I spoke with didn’t seem particularly interested in my needs. I initially scheduled a call, but never heard back until a week later when she abruptly asked if I was still available, and became defensive when I explained that I require advance notice due to my work. It became clear they weren't prioritizing a smooth process for me, and ultimately, I declined their offer given the last-minute scheduling and the upcoming weather.” report abuse

  “Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. From the start, communication has been a huge issue – they never seem to follow through on scheduling calls or let us know when a technician will be arriving. The repair person showed up unexpectedly yesterday after we’d already cancelled our appointment, and it’s become a pattern of unannounced visits and broken promises.
