Jessica was so helpful – she came out to assess our property and really listened to what we wanted for our 128-foot guard rail fence on Salisbury Beach, offering great suggestions to ensure we were completely satisfied. Dickie and his son were absolutely brilliant installers; they did an amazing job and we’re thrilled with the result. The pyramid post tops Jessica recommended really added a professional touch to the fence.   Honestly, we had a really disappointing experience with this company. The initial consultation went well enough, and we got a contract that seemed fair, but things quickly went wrong after that. There was just a complete lack of communication – they gave us a starting date, but never actually showed up! Then, we received almost no updates on how long the project would take or when they’d be back to finish the work. We ended up with a couple of problems with the installation itself. The aluminum fence was fine, although there were some scratches on the posts that they eventually patched with paint after we pointed it out. The biggest issue was with the wooden fence, which was really a mess. They didn’t explain the fence’s angle or the spacing between the fence panels, and when we raised our concerns, the owner just dismissed them, saying it was “industry standard” and that we’d have to pay more. They even installed the wrong tops on the posts, which we had to get fixed. To top it off, they accidentally spilled some kind of chemical from their truck onto our driveway, and while they cleaned it up, it just felt like one more frustrating issue. We’re happy with the fences now that they’re done, but it took a huge amount of chasing up, and based on everything, I wouldn’t recommend this company. report abuse

  I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The team did a fantastic job installing a beautiful fence on my property, and they were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. The owner was particularly knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. They even skillfully navigated some tricky challenges, like dealing with a neighboring fence and a large stump. They were patient, professional, and the final result is absolutely perfect – I highly recommend them! report abuse

  “I had a fence installed a few years back, and it’s unfortunately started to need repair after just ten years. It’s frustrating when things don’t last, but I was really disappointed when I called to get the repairs scheduled. The woman I spoke with essentially told me they weren’t taking on any repair work – not even for existing customers. It felt like they’d completely abandoned their responsibility for the work they’d done.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. We had our fence installed just over a year ago, and it’s already falling apart. The gate is completely stuck, the lever doesn’t work at all, and the fence is sagging badly. To top it off, one of the posts is cracked and the wood is warping. Frankly, it’s shocking that they don’t stand behind their work, and the fact that they haven’t even bothered to return my calls is completely unacceptable. Seriously, buyer beware. report abuse
