“I’m really disappointed with the ThermaTru doors we had installed by SBS Millwork. We bought them just under two years ago for a new build and they’re already showing significant problems. The interior glass has cracked at the seams – it’s baffling because there’s no sign of anything hitting it – and the back door is now trapping moisture, which is causing damage. There’s absolutely no drainage around the back door, which is concerning. We’ve contacted ThermaTru about the warranty, but they’re refusing to honor it. Considering the high cost of these doors, I expected much better quality and longevity.”
