“We’re really disappointed with the performance of our new ThermaTru doors. We purchased them – along with the rest of our new build – from SBS Millwork less than two years ago and they’ve already started to show significant problems. The interior door glass has cracked at the seam, and we haven’t been able to determine what caused it – it wasn’t due to any impact. Worse yet, the back door is trapping moisture, and there’s no drainage around it, which is clearly causing damage. Given the high cost of these doors, we expected a much better quality and durability. It’s concerning that ThermaTru isn’t honoring their warranty on this issue.”

“I can’t recommend this place enough! Doug was incredibly helpful in sourcing everything we needed to build our Alaskan climate-controlled greenhouse – it’s a fantastic investment that will really allow us to extend our growing season and boost our yields.”
-
“I had a really great experience here. The team, especially Jim, was fantastic – he was able to get me some items I couldn’t find in Wasilla, and the prices were excellent. I’d definitely recommend this place!”
-
“I was really disappointed with my experience getting a kitchen backsplash. From the start, the ladies at the front were very helpful directing me to the right person. However, the process then stalled when the salesperson took a full 20 minutes to take a single phone call – it just felt incredibly disrespectful of my time.”
-
“This seller really needs to improve their communication and fulfillment process. There were some serious issues – they used a bait-and-switch tactic, the product image on the site didn't accurately represent what I received, the seller quickly marked an item as unavailable, and I was unexpectedly shipped a completely different product without any warning. It felt very disorganized and unprofessional.”
-
“I was really disappointed with my experience. While the other staff members were friendly and helpful, the interaction I had with one gentleman named Jim was quite unpleasant. He seemed a little out of touch and unfortunately left a very negative impression.”
-
“I tried calling a few times, but no one answered, so I’m not going to call again.”
-
“Overall, this company seems like a solid choice. They’re clearly focused on providing good service alongside their milling work – a nice combination.”
-
Overall, these were really strong submissions.
-
