What really stood out was the staff; they were so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated.   “I was really disappointed with the price for just re-tinting one back window – over $300 felt completely excessive. To put it in perspective, I got a full ceramic tint for my entire vehicle for $500 and had no problems at all. I appreciate the business’s response, but the cost here seems significantly higher than what I’ve seen elsewhere.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my recent service experience. Not only was the installation clearly done incorrectly, but there was dirt on the dashboard as you can see in the photo. Worse still, the heater didn’t work and it took over a day to get that fixed. I also wasn't contacted when the service was completed, which made me worry I wouldn’t get my car back. To top it off, there’s now a scratch on the dashboard screen, something that wasn’t there before. Considering the $539 price, I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're expecting a smooth, quality service.” report abuse

My viper alarm and autostart had stopped working, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue incredibly quickly – I was in and out in under 20 minutes! What really impressed me was that I hadn’t originally purchased the system from them, but they still provided fantastic service and created a new customer.   “I can’t thank Safe and Sound enough – Shannon was a lifesaver! I had a really stressful morning and was stranded because my battery wouldn’t work. The dealership wouldn't help, saying it needed recalibration for the auto start. Shannon not only installed a new battery for me, but he managed to fit it in despite my crazy schedule.   “We had a speaker replaced, but unfortunately the installers didn’t seem to properly replace the seatbelt panels – they insisted they hadn’t touched them, even though the seatbelts were working perfectly before.
