The staff seemed unfriendly and the prices felt unfairly inflated – it seemed like they were charging more based on the car I was driving. I got a quote for window tints that was $100 higher than I found elsewhere, and the service itself lacked any warmth or professionalism. Plus, they didn't stand behind their work like Best Buy does, which is a major concern.
