  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They started off really well, but unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. They left a terrible mess on my newly painted home – essentially, they left concrete cure on my exterior walls, which was a huge pain to clean up. Worse, after they promised to return and fix it, they never did. Honestly, I strongly advise everyone to avoid using this company.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work James and his crew did. They left a mess – boot prints in our concrete, mismatched finishes, and attempted to hide it all with black paint. Despite promising a full refund, he’s completely ignored my calls. It turns out his business address isn't even his office, and he’s using a different location to handle communication. We ended up having to completely redo the entire patio, and thankfully, the new work is excellent. However, it’s clear Concrete Solutions doesn’t have a proper understanding of the job, and frankly, I believe they’re operating unethically. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them.” report abuse

The crew arrived on time and were incredibly friendly and professional. The only small thing we’d suggest is for them to put their company name and logo on their trucks, just to make it easier to identify them when they arrive.
