I’d really advise against working with this company. I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience – I’ve contacted them three times and each time I’ve struggled to get a response or get my calls returned. Most recently, they told me they don’t handle HSA warranty calls after I left multiple messages over eleven days, and it took a huge effort to finally get someone to speak with me.
