  This evaluation raises serious concerns. The individual has been completely unresponsive, essentially disappearing and providing a vague, unbelievable explanation for the situation. Due to the lack of clear communication and the questionable nature of the provided excuse, it’s impossible to assess the situation accurately.   “Cesar, Nick, and Craig were really great – they arrived a little before 9 and jumped right into getting the wet insulation, vapor barrier, and debris out of the crawlspace.
