  Overall, the team did a really helpful job. They brought in a collection of fire extinguishers that needed attention, and they were upfront about which ones weren’t currently usable, clearly explaining the reasons why – I really appreciated that transparency. They also offered to take care of the disposal, which was fantastic. They were very polite and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly, and the whole process was surprisingly quick. report abuse

  “I’m writing this review to give a truly honest account of my experience. We scheduled an inspection for a day we were already closed – it’s our standard closure day, so we simply needed to find the next available slot. However, the inspector was sent on a particularly busy day, and it was clearly the wrong date. While I understand mistakes happen, I was incredibly frustrated that the company didn’t simply call to reschedule. Instead, I was repeatedly dismissed and made to feel like I was at fault for the error. After being hung up on multiple times, it became clear they weren’t prioritizing our concerns. It felt like they weren't willing to acknowledge their mistake, and frankly, it made me feel like we weren’t valued as clients.” report abuse
