It’s a really lovely building – definitely worth a quick look if you’re exploring downtown Anchorage. There’s a good amount to see there, although it’s located near the fire station so you might hear some sirens.

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to the wonderful person who helped me install my car seat today. I was really struggling with it and felt a little embarrassed to ask for help, but he was so quick and efficient – he got everything set up perfectly and explained the whole process so clearly. I definitely feel more confident now and know how to do it myself next time!

“We rented a car from Hertz and unfortunately, the baby seat wasn’t installed. They directed us to the local fire station, and thankfully, a firefighter named Robert was incredibly helpful and took the time to fit it for us.”
-
“I wanted to send a huge thank you to both the Anchorage and Bankers Fire Departments for giving us such a fantastic tour of the museum. It was really impressive and we truly appreciate you taking the time to show us around.”

“We really appreciate you taking the time to install the car seat and show our grandson the firetruck – it was a really thoughtful thing to do!”

“I was really concerned by the way the team interacted with the people involved. Specifically, announcing the silver fire protection blankets directly to them felt unnecessarily confrontational and, frankly, quite rude. It’s important to handle these situations with more sensitivity.”

The service was fantastic – really great!
