  “I just wanted to send a huge thank you to the wonderful person who helped me install my car seat today! I was really struggling with it and getting a bit frustrated, but he was so patient and efficient – he got it done quickly and explained everything really well.   “We rented a car from Hertz and unfortunately, the baby seat wasn’t installed. They directed us to the local fire station, and thankfully, a firefighter named Robert was incredibly helpful and took the time to fit it for us.” report abuse
