  Dane from Discovery Home Inspection did a fantastic job inspecting the investment duplex I’m buying in Anchorage. It was really valuable to be there with him during the inspection – I’ve never been present for one before – and he was incredibly thorough, pointing out and explaining everything he found. He even took lots of pictures of the areas I couldn’t get to, like the attic and crawl space, and went through them with me on-site before we wrapped up.   David was fantastic! He arrived right on time, actually five minutes early, and from the start he was so professional and friendly. He really took the time to walk me through everything in my new home, pointing out what needed attention and when.
