But Scott’s Heating stepped in, quickly assessed the situation, and had the repairs done by Monday – they really saved our house and kept us warm when we needed it most. They were incredibly organized, prioritizing the most urgent issues, and they even went above and beyond by adding a new air intake and changing the switch – it was fantastic service!   “I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this Heating Services company. Two years ago, my Trane furnace was improperly installed, and essential components were missing. Despite acknowledging the mistake and making promises to fix it, nothing has been done. I’ve been repeatedly ignored when I’ve contacted them, and their promises have consistently been broken. Ultimately, I’ve had to pay another company to correct their substandard work – a situation entirely avoidable if they had simply followed through. I strongly advise you to seek heating services from a more reliable and responsive provider.” report abuse
