  I had a really positive experience at this Stihl dealer. The staff were fantastic – they took the time to walk me through my options and didn’t push me towards anything I didn’t need. I was looking for information on the Stihl 250 chainsaw, and they explained it's a great all-around saw for home use and light firewood, noting it’s fairly lightweight and easy to handle. They were also very helpful about a common concern – the difficulty some people have starting Stihl chainsaws. They explained that flooding the saw can cause starting issues and offered practical advice on how to avoid that, emphasizing the importance of learning how the choke works. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They even took my old chainsaw chain in and made a new one for me on the spot for just $25 – something I couldn’t find at the big box stores. And, because Stihl only sells through dealers, I knew I’d have ongoing support. They also had a good selection of used Stihl saws, which were thoroughly inspected and offered at a significantly lower price.
