  “I had a really positive experience at this Stihl dealer. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk me through my options and answer all my questions. I was looking for information on the Stihl 250 chainsaw – I’m mainly interested in light duty work around the house and some firewood, not a heavy-duty professional saw. The staff member clearly understood my needs and explained that the Stihl 250 would be a good fit. What I appreciated was their honesty about the starting process; they explained how flooding the saw can cause problems and stressed the importance of learning the proper choke technique. They also highlighted Stihl’s commitment to supporting their products, emphasizing that they’re only sold through dealers who provide service. I was also impressed that they could even create a replacement chain for my old saw – it was a quick and easy process for just $25, far less than what I’d find at the big box stores. They even had a good selection of used Stihl units, which were thoroughly inspected and offered at a significantly lower price.
