  “I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience. After a long wait – nearly three years – I finally received a bed, but it arrived damaged after a year of initial delays and completely unanswered communication. While the pandemic undoubtedly caused issues, EB didn’t step up to advocate for a replacement and the problem just escalated. They sent damaged pieces repeatedly, and I rarely got updates, despite my emails and calls. It’s maddening to have spent thousands on a piece of furniture and still be left with a damaged product. They presented themselves as a full-service, professional company, and that’s simply not the reality. They essentially gave up without attempting to resolve the issue or offer any compensation. While their products are good, the poor service was unacceptable.” report abuse
