  I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with EB. After waiting nearly three years for a new bed – a year of initial delays and then no communication – I’m left with a damaged piece of furniture and a huge sense of frustration. While I understand the challenges presented by Covid, EB completely failed to take ownership of the problem. They didn’t proactively push for a resolution, and I was rarely kept informed about the status of my replacement. The bed arrived damaged multiple times, and despite numerous emails and calls, they seemed unwilling to actively manage the situation. It was infuriating to pay a premium price, expecting a full-service experience, only to be left with a damaged product and no compensation offered. Honestly, it felt like they just gave up. Don't be swayed by their claims of being a top-tier business; their service was far below what I expected. report abuse
