  “I’ve been using a sprinkler system installed about six years ago, and it’s always worked perfectly. When I upgraded to the Hunter Hydrawise Controller, I unfortunately made a mistake during the wiring switch – I accidentally added some wires and put them on the wrong terminals. I reached out to Colton Sprinklers, and Blake responded very quickly. He took a look at my wiring, quickly identified the issue, and got everything working correctly. He even walked me through downloading the app and getting the system up and running. I really appreciate Colton Sprinklers standing behind their work, even with an older installation.   I’m incredibly disappointed with this sprinkler installation company in Anchorage. They completely damaged our exterior lighting system throughout the house, and now they’re refusing to take responsibility. Despite charging a significant amount for the work, we’ve been left with a huge bill to repair the extensive damage they caused to our wiring. Frankly, they showed absolutely no concern for our existing wiring and just seemed to go through it with their equipment. I deeply regret choosing them and wish I hadn’t trusted Blake – it seems he’s simply after easy money. report abuse
