  “I had a really frustrating experience. I went in to purchase a key box and was shocked to be charged $175 – a huge price jump from the $100+ I paid for a similar box just a month prior. The employee’s response was also quite evasive and didn’t seem transparent about the price change. Because of this, I won’t be recommending this place to my company anymore.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my recent purchase. The padlock set I received was the wrong size, and when I tried to return it unopened with the receipt, the process was incredibly frustrating. They insisted I fill out a form and provide my full credit card number, and then it would take an additional two days to get the return processed.
