  “I can’t recommend this company. We hired them to paint our house and do some drywall work, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Initially, we agreed to the scope of the work, including the drywall, but halfway through, the company president abruptly decided they wouldn’t finish the drywall at all. When I questioned this, they claimed it was just a verbal agreement and insisted there was no written documentation. Things went downhill from there. They initially promised to power wash our house before painting, but instead, they just swept it with a broom – completely ignoring the sanding dust and years of dirt on our cedar siding. I raised concerns about the paint sticking without a proper power wash, and they didn't offer a warranty, despite verbally promising one during our consultation. Throughout the entire process, the same representative handled our account, and it was clear they weren't taking my concerns seriously. Eventually, they offered a refund, but only after I insisted they provide it in writing, and even then, it was delayed and communicated via text message. Honestly, it felt like they were deliberately disregarding their word and our agreement. It was a frustrating and unreliable experience, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to get everything in writing before proceeding.” report abuse
