  “We used this company for our spring painting project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and delivered a truly outstanding job. They were always on time with a great crew, really knowledgeable about the project – a complex 3-story home with an 8-point roof – and they expertly handled every challenge that came up. We especially loved how they tackled the color, and the finished result, as you can see in the attached photos, completely transformed our home.   “I can’t recommend this company. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately unacceptable. We hired them to paint the exterior of our house and also requested some drywall work, but they completely dropped the ball. Initially, the company president informed us they wouldn’t finish the drywall work – despite it being part of our agreed-upon bid – and simply walked away. They insisted it was just a verbal agreement, refusing to put anything in writing. Things went downhill from there. They promised to power wash the house as part of the prep work for the paint, but instead just swept it with a broom, completely ignoring the sanding dust and years of grime on our cedar siding. When I questioned the warranty – which had been verbally promised for 10 years – they flatly refused to honor it. Throughout the entire process, the same employee handled our case, and it was clear she wasn't prioritizing our needs. Eventually, she offered us a full refund, but even that wasn't handled professionally; she promised it would be delivered within two days but then became unreachable, only responding with a delayed text. Honestly, it felt like they were deliberately misleading us. It’s a painful lesson learned – and a strong warning to anyone considering this company.
